Though I am also interested in majoring in Embedded but still I would suggest you to look at the websites of these colleges to find exactly what you are looking for. Only you have to decide what exactly you want and it is a tiresome job.
IIT would be safe but it generates ambiguity when you write University of Illinois. Be specific about your colleges.
