    Post Fall 2013| MS/PhD in Optics or Communications| GRE(313) | TOEFL(118) | UG- 74.06

    I graduated with a B. Tech in ECE from GGSIPU. Undergrad score- 74.06% (Topper is close to 84%)

    I wish to apply for M.S. or PhD in the field of Communications or Optics/Photonics

    GRE score: Quant- 158 Verbal- 155 Total- 313 AWA- 4

    TOEFL score: Reading- 30 Listening- 230 Speaking- 29 Writing- 29 Total- 118

    I have done 1-month internship in a communications company.

    Extra curricular activities include:

    Vice President of College Music Society,
    Coordinator and Organizer of techno cultural fest of college,
    Awarded CBSE scholarship for College and University students,
    Volunteer activities include CWG 2010,
    Student leader at the Student Leaders Convention, Singapore.

    I would really appreciate any assistance I can get regarding University selection for the aforementioned fields.

    Thats a whole lot of colleges, refine your choices based on scope of your field in relative colleges.

    I plan on applying to almost 8-10 colleges, including 3 safe, 4 moderate and 3 ambitious.
