    Profile Evaluation/ University Selection

I am a student in the final year of B.E. Electrical Engineering.
I wish to apply for M.S. in the field Power Systems.
My acads are 70.2%. Topper might be aroung 81%.
GRE score: Quant- 164 Verbal- 153 Total- 317 AWA- 4
    TOEFL score: Reading- 28 Listening- 28 Speaking- 30 Writing- 30 Total- 116
I have done two 1-month internships: one in transformer company and one in a control system company.
    5 IVs.
Given 2 Technical Paper Presentations on inter-collegiate level.
Many extra-curriculur activities in chess and dramatics and other fields.

The list of universities that I have tentatively decided are as follows:

    Ambi:
    1. University of Texas, Austin
    2. Texas A&M University, College Station
    3. Iowa State University
    Mod:
    4. Georgia Tech
    5. Arizona State University
    6. NCSU
    7. Ohio State University
    8. Minnessota twin cities
    9. Colorado, Boulder
    Safe:
    10. Washington State University
    11. University of Tennesse, Knoxville
    12. MST, Rolla

Please evaluate my profile and tell me if I am wrong about the categorization of universities. What are my chances in them?
Also I want to keep just 4 mod universities so suggest me which universities to discard.

But I wanted to cut short the list to 10 universities.
Can you help me in doing that?

Indeed, yet you can browse through individual college websites and make sure if the course subjects match your interest or not.
