North Carolina State University - moderate
    Virginia Polytechnic - ambitious
    Purdue Univ - v.ambi
    UCLA - v.v.ambi - drop
    Carnegie Mellon - v.v.ambi
    Arizona State University - mod/safe
Georgia Institute of Technology - v.ambi
Columbia University - v.ambi (looks for research bg and high under graduate grades)

other than this try to include some moderate and safe colleges like clemson uni.,ufl, csu, rutgers

    for penn
    penn state uni - ambi
    uni of penn - ambi

well, economical choices would be all public colleges i.e. the ones with names "University of *****" and "**** state university"

Private colleges always charge more from international students compared to public universities
