    Hi
Dude your acads are a big drawback to you. You should go for some work-ex and try to improve your percentage in the last year.
You have everything else pretty decent, just make up for acads thru some work-ex. Below 60% is really difficult to get in.

    Hi

Yes, certainly you will have a good chance in a lot of good universities. Try and get some relevant work experience to your intended major. That would help a lot.

    Hi
    Safe -UTD, Okhalama State Univ
    Moderate- other two
You can target best schools for Telecommunication with this profile as per me.
Upenn for Tcom is also well within reach.
You may try UMCP for ENTS as well(really good)

Also when i checked out in NCSU website,They have given given min 70 percentile in verbal gre.
But i have a low score. Does that matter?

    Hi
    Sorry for late reply.
I don't think 70 percentile constraint (seeing the past admits) will be an issue considering an overall profile. Yes, work-ex not of telecom certainly reduces chances a bit but still I would recommend you to apply to the stream in which you want to pursue further studies only. In SOP, try and link your job experience with the desired field. Also, mention reason for change of stream.
    Regards
