southern mississippi gulf coast campus will be safe for you.
Ranking cant be the single deciding factor. NCSU focusses a lot on acads.

See you have to shortlist some universities on your own and post them here.
Also write down the split up score of GRE, your score in Bachelors degree and your TOEFL. Do write about your work-ex if any.

This is Satya. I am going to apply for Fall 2013 for MS in CS. Here I am providing my profile, please do evaluate.

Gre: 294 (V:143, Q: 151, Awa: 2.5)
Toefl: 83 ( R: 19, L: 20, S: 21, W: 23)
10th: 84%
12th: 88%
Btech: 63% ( 3 Cleared Backlogs)
Stream: CSE - 2012 passout
3 ppts, 2 posters and some extra curricular activity certificates including some sports.

Universities preferring:

Texas A & M, Commerce
Bradley University
Sam Houston State University
Wichita State University
San Diego State University
University of Houston, Clear Lake
University of Texas, Tyler
New Mexico State University
Southern Illinois University- Edwardsville

And please please suggest me with some good universities which provide me with good funding and good chances of admit!
