    Is TOEFL mandatory for all universities?

    Hi,

    I am wanting to join masters in Fall 2013. I have my GRE scheduled in a weeks time but am not able to get a slot for my TOEFL. Next available date is in November. Do all universities mandate TOEFL score? Or is it fine if I send my applications after my GRE and report my TOEFL score later?

    Almost all good univs need TOEFL Score. You can take IELTS as an alternative to TOEFL.
