I am a Fall 2013 aspirant for MS in CS ( Computer Networks ).
My profile is:

*GRE - 324 (160Q + 164V) = 1420 in old format (760q + 660v), AWA-3.0
Quant percentile - 84 , Verbal Percentile - 94
*TOEFL - 109
*Undergrad Percentage – 78% (till 6th semester – DAVV University, Indore) , Univ Topper’s % = 85 %
*1 minor training in networking.
*1 project internship under Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) of 8 months , doing my major project there.
( But it is about app development on cloud , so not much related to networking )
*2 minor projects.
*Decent extracurricular activities.
*No publication.

As my profile is not very “Computer Networks” rich , so I am applying to MS in CS ( General ) in all univ except CMU.

I have prepared an initial list after some good research and roughly classified them as ambi/mod/safe after consulting some college seniors. But I may be wrong , so please provide your evaluations for the following as ambi/mod/safe.

I want to take some chances and apply to 13 univ -> 6 ambi , 3 mod , 4 safe.
Thats why this initial list is a bit longer than usual.
So please help me in doing this filtering ->

AMBI->
1) GeorgiaTech
2) CMU-INI -> MS-Information Networking
3) VirginiaTech
4) UCSD
5) Columbia Univ
6) UMass Amherst
7) UCSB
8) Ohio State Univ
9) Penn State Univ ( PSU )
10) UIUC ( Professional MCS )

MODERATE ->
1) University of Southern California (USC )
2) University of California –Irvine (UCI)
3) NCSU
4) University of Pennsylvania -> CIS/MSE ( MS in CS )
5) Stony Brook Univ
6) Iowa State Univ

SAFE->
1) University of Florida (UFL )
2) University of Illinois , Chicago ( UIC )
3) Arizona State Univ ( ASU )
4) University of Texas at Dallas ( UTD )

Also please suggest some safe univ ( good in networking ) for my profile that I should consider or do the last 4 suffice for "4 safes"??

Thanks for your suggestions
