Payment of usa visa fee for nonimmigrant visa request.

I want to pay my visa fees in cash at Axis Bank. But they are asking for CIG Reference No. How will I get it.
Pls guide. Thanks inadvance.

where is the MRV receipt details to be mentioned for scheduling interview. I have only Bank reference number and CGI reference number mentioned on my fee receipt paid at Aix bank. Please answer soon. Need to schedule my interview.

If you lost the slip then what are we to do to get back the slip ?

apart from axis bank and citi bank, what banks can we pay visa fees at?? HDFC/icici please respond. thanks in advance.
