University categorisation

hello,

I scored 299 in GRE(q=157;v=142).I want to apply for MS in computer engineering(networks) for fall2013.I have some universities shortlisted.could u categorise it for me as safe/mod/amb?

1.University of texas,arlington
2.ASU
3.University of North Carolina,charlotte
4.University of florida
5.florida state university.

if any other safe ,could u suggest me??

my ug cgpa is 8.1.

My academics

10th 95%
12th 97%

i ve interned in 2 companies,good projects.
i ve represented India in many events
i am an yrc and nss member.

by csu did you mean colorado state univ or california state univ or cleveland state univ?could you suggest me some more state univ's and how is florida state univ?is it good?

i meant california state university, if u are going for ms in comp science then look for more univ in silicon valley bcoz its easy to get jobs, internships over there

Florida state univ is also good and safe for u
Arkansas state univ safe for u
Oregon State University
