Thread: which is the best college ?

i scored 1420 in GRE and 91 in TOEFL ... i jus completed my masters in physics ... im pretty much worried about deadlines approaching near. which could be better for condense matter physics Ph.D

i am a 2011 passed out in ece.
my btech percentage is 62%
12th standard percentage is 94.5%
10th is 81%.
my old gre score is 950
my toefl score is 69.
so can you suggest me some universities to apply and also how to aplly.
