Hello,
I want to apply for Fall 2013. My aggregate is 82.04%(toppers percentage-83.9%) and I stood second in Electrical and Electronics department.
I want to pursue masters in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Systems. I also have an inclination towards renewable energy and energy harvesting. so could you please suggest me whether i should opt for such majors or if i can take power systems and still have a chance to study those courses????
I have my GRE exam on October 4th. kindly suggest regarding the course and list of few universities so that i can send my score on the day of the exam.
Additional info:
expecting a minimum score of 310.
one research paper published in IEEMA journal, expecting to send another paper in a month and have many extra curricular achievements.
Thank You
You have great extra-curriculars and awesome acads. Now, the things that matter are:
1) GRE
2) Projects and internships
3) Community service( matters the least)
I don't know about other courses, but an electrical engineering degree is certainly well-reputed.
For any GRE score you get, I will suggest fill 2 dream, 1 moderate and 1 safe.
For 310:
Dream: NCSU, VTech, Penn State
Moderate: USC, OSU, University of Colorado-Boulder, ASU
Safe: NEU, Upitt, SJSU
