    1. Its an awesome profile.
    2. CMU is the best for robotics (especially doctoral) and that should be your aim. Score great in GRE and you ll be there.
    3. Stanford has great AI program as well. Get an awesome GRE(325+) and you can reach there(look for toppers).
    4. GaTech has very high returns and a great school.
    5. UPenn, Virginia Tech and NCSU are also good.
I have no idea of paper publishing. You need to write good SOPs and obtain LORs from reputed persons.

A few safe and moderate schools for GRE= 320 and your profile would be-
    Safe: Rice University
    UC-Davis
    NEU (good school)
USC (expensive but very good school)

    Moderate: NCSU
    OSU
    NorthWestern
    UC-Boulder

    Hi
Since you have got a very good GRE score, now your admission depends mainly on factors like SOP, Projects, internships, LORs.
University of michigan- ann arbor - dream
Gatech- moderate- but u need to show a sum of around 35 lakhs before admission. (keep that in mind)
    USC-safe
    NCSU- lower moderate to safe
You should apply to CMU for sure. You have got a great chance there.

    Hi
How much did you score in TOEFL?
Besides that, how can I help you? I would say publish your final list first.
I think you need to speed up now as you should spend good amount of time for your SOPs.
    regards

    Hi

Your Verbal score will be an obstruction to get you into some of the best universities I would say. Rest all is good. Don't think of giving GRE again until you are sure of maintaining same Quant score and atleast 6-7 marks improvement in verbal.
NCSU won't be safe or moderate for you. You can add SUNY-StonyBrook, John Hopkins University, Rice University as well.

    Regards
