Hi Ajay,
Wish you could have done some kind of research work before posting this list. Most the colleges in the list mentioned dont even offer MEM programs. Since when does TAMU/ASU/Virginia Tech offer an MEM program? And you have missed out the actual reputed universities in this list i.e Duke, Dartmouth, Cornell, Case Western. Plz correct your list as its grossly misleading.
St.Cloud State University offers a very good Engineering management program, at very less fee of 3000 usd per sem and a lot of GA chances. GRE required is 1000 (old) and TOEFL 80
