    Please evaluate: fall 2013 mscs gre 311

    GRE: old syllabus 1250 , verbal:570 , quant:680
    estimated scores converted to new syllabus : verbal:158 , quant:153 , awm:3.0

    TOEFL: not yet appeared
    B.E(I.T) aggregate:63.87%(according to the university standards: first class above 60%)

    Please suggest universities for ms-cs.
    Universities offering aid will be quite helpful as well

    Just note that in recent years IIT has seen huge competition because of good placements, so count it as ambi even if it is not ranked very high.
