Which is better University of Massachusetts-Lowell or Portland State University in jobs and fundin Prospective for VLSI????

as far as post ms job prospects for vlsi is concerned i would prefer portland state university, since there are some companies rooted around portland and advantage is the silicon valley(california) right below oregon, so chances are better. This is my opinion...
