Cost of attendance depends a lot on the university and its location. Try rural universities in Arizona, Oregon and similar states where cost of living is low.

And try MSU, if you have good acads and toefl, you have a chance.

if i try for rural areas i guess the placement scene there would not be so good, i need a university which should not be high ranked but should have a good placement scenario..can u suggest me universities now?
