    profile evaluation please.. :)

    hi guys,
    I have a gre score of 308(quant-164, verbal-144,awa-3)
    B.tech(ECE) cgpa - 8/10
    10th - 89%
    10+2 - 95%
    toefl score - 96
    published an article in international journal
    do u think i have chances of making into any of these universities

    Kansas st univ
    Oklahoma st univ
    Texas tech
    Illinois inst of tech
    Univ of Texas (Dallas)
    North Carolina univ
    West Virginia univ

    plz tell me which of these are safe..
