    thank u devineni,

    tat was really help full.

If possible can u pls rate the univs based on the

    1) Pakka Admit + funding + low tuition fees

    2) Pakka admit + funding.

    3) pakka admit

    factors above.

also the dead lines for those univs also. approximately how many days does it take to submit the application after taking the exam. for example if i take the GRE on november 1 st will i be able to complete and send my aplpications to the univesity before Dec 1st .... actually ... how many does it atcually take.

That doesn't make any sense. If you don't apply to ambitious universities then you have already killed your chance of studying in a top university. Going with this mentality of pakka admits students will apply to only moderate universities. What is pakka in any case? There is no certainty at any step of this long process. All we can do is improve our chances of getting an admit. You might get a reject from RIT for all your certainty.

why people shouldn't follow this article one bit.

    1. So many times people with average profile get into ivy league colleges. (acceptance rate of 10%). Studying in those colleges is any day better than studying in pakka admit low tuition fees college.
    2. Better for your visa. Even they want students aiming at colleges slightly better than their gre score or acads.
