Hi, I got 294 {Q=150;V=144} in GRE and TOEFL is yet to be taken. Is this score enough to get into the universities that I hv listed them below in ECE and my UG till now{3rd year completed} is 76%

3. Texas A & M
4. Univ. of Massachusets, amherst
5. univ. of illinois, chicago
6. illinois inst. of techn.
7. univ.of alabama, birimgham
8. univ. of california, berkley
9. ohio state univ.
Don't be hasty, you have good academics better retake GRE and publish some papers, that will make a good profile. Before that pls go through profile evaluation you will get some idea.
Texas austin and california berkley are too ambitious for your profile but you could make it only if you have real passion for higher studies, that can't be reflected only by your academics. you need to do good projects, present papers and should show real interest.
Hii, Arunvl I have presented two papers on embedded systems and doing project on embedded systems. Yes, I want to retake the test but I just wanted to know whether I can get into texas A&M and Illinois with this score of 294.
Texas A&M college station is ambitious bt Kingsville is Safe, and IIT is also safe. Don't be complacent bro, u hv excellent academics, take ur time n get good marks in gre then some of the ambitious univ ll be within ur reach.

I'm pretty much interested in both embedded and computer networks{am from Electronics&commu. engn. background}. So which one is better and which of them had better future. Pls am confused right now and I don't know to choose which field. Can anybody help me?
