Well to fulfill your dream of completing your higher studies from UK... You have to do a lot of hard work not only in preparation but for getting student visa. Don’t you all think that...?

That's right it's not easy to get a student visa to the United states. You have to work really hard for that and scholarship is even harder in the united states specially for overseas. well, I'll hope for everyone to study much harder to get a student visa for UK.
You will first need to go to the Embassy for the UK in your own country, and ask about universities and procedures.
First you must take the TOEFL exam and the SAT, and then apply to a university. *After* you are accepted to a university, the university will send you a Visa application.
Unless you are very confident in your ability to score near 100% on both the TOEFL English and SAT academic exams, or you have a lot of money that you can't spend; then it's not very much worth it. The UK is very particular about accepting applicants and requires the highest standards. If you have not scored in the highest percentile, you will spend your money on exams, applications for university, and student Visa for nothing.
Be careful in what you decide!
