the rent cost given here is very less. for getting into student halls, is very difficult. and student halls cost about 200 euros per month. otherwise taking a rented apartment outside would cost more than 200. i have gotten into ingolstadt university of applied sciences, and still havent found a place to stay.

Well as far as I can see most of the prices are around 20-30% higher than in reality. I pay much less for the rent and food. Maybe it depends on the area, that one is true. But You don't have to pay 60-100 Euros per month in health insurance. I pay half of that and it covers me very finely. The one I use is especially for students. Everyone should really research well beforehand if you want to keep your wallet in good condition, in these times of crisis making bad choices is stupid and it will affect your whole life.
