    Gre score for PhD

I am applying for PhD in Biochemistry. My GRE Score is 313. Quant score is 161 and verbal score is 152. My CGPA is 9.2. I have not yet received my TOEFL Scores. Please suggest what universities I should go for. Is my score good or bad? Can I apply to some good Universities like which are in the ranks 10-20 or should I go for those which are in the range 30-40?

Apply to 1 in Top 10.
    2 univs in 20-40.
    2 univs in > 40.
You GRE score is good and your major doen't need high GRE. So try for good univs. PhD will require less GRE than for a masters programs as the Competition is less
