CMU, SUNY SB - probably too ambitious
SUNY Buffalo, Purdue, VT - moderate
MSU - safe

Is MSU( safe uni) a good University for MS in comp science and could you suggest some other uni for me.What about USC-viterbi and UPenn?
Should I apply to the ambitious ones too?
What is a good list of uni for my profile? This'll help me zero in on 6-8 uni that I can confidently apply.

My professor told me that USC-Viterbi is a good one for my profile but very expensive.What finance options can I look at?Please answer.

can i get into any one of these
1) kansas state university
2) sunny buffalo
3) ASU

and suggest few universities.

Krishna, I would classify ASU and SUNY Buffalo as "moderate chance" for you.
