Regarding the admission in US universities
Hello,I have finished my B.Tech in Information technology this year 2012. I got my degree certificate , i have left 2 subjects from my under graduate course in which i failed but my university grants the student a degree if dey don fail more dan 2 subjects. so me leaving out these two subjects will it cause me a problem for getting an admit from US universities or even visa?
and also wat do you reckon about the consultancy groups like visu international , I20 ***** etc , do they actually help?
And i have a percentage of 53 in B.tech , 91% in 12th , 73% in 10th , GRE- 320 , TOEFL, 105, AWA-4.5....
what all universities can I apply for the field of Industrial engineering?

the thing is i had 17 backlogs which I cleared. so will it be a problem for me to get an admit and even if i do den visa?
