    Profile evaluation for MS in Electrical Engineering (Nanoelectronics and MEMS)

    Hi, I am a constant follower of MS in US and find it very useful and informative. Thanks a lot for helping out students like us who are very new to all this admission process. The admission process to US univ is reasonalbly enervating and daunting. But with help from you guys, these apprehensions are alleviated to some extent. I really appreciate your help.

    Below is my profile: Please help me out:

    GRE: 318 (Quant: 163 |Verbal: 155 |AWA: 4.0)
    TOEFL : Given (expecting above 100)
    10th : 87.20%
    12th: 91.17%
    Engineering: BE Electronics and Telecommunications (Mumbai University,Fr.Agnels,Vashi)
    University topper: 11th Rank
    Class topper: 1st
    BE Aggr: 77.84% (final year 79.7%)

    Co curricular Achievements:

    Won several project and technical paper presentation competitions at intercollege and national level events.

    Headed IEEE student council in college for a year and Member of IETE and ETSA
    and participated in various college events and festivals.

    Work exp: IT company(1 yr)

    I have shortlisted the following universities. Please let me know if my choices are apt as per my profile and course (Solid state electronics, Nanoelectronics and MEMS).

    I selected the univ below as per their rankings and reputation and my profile, along with their research facilities in the field of nanoelectronics and MEMS. Please let me know any other university if I have missed any and help me eliminating any university where I shouldn't apply for this particular course.

    I am also looking for future financial assistance from the university and pre admission scholarship if possible. So kindly suggest me with such universities too.

    Also let me know some good universities with reasonable fee structure and good reputation for solid state electronics.
