I need assistance in shortlisting universities for score reporting on the GRE test day.

I have made a rough list keeping in mind the fees (Preferably < $25000/year) and my expected scores. Please suggest in categorizing them into Ambitious, Moderate & Safe. And also suggest the 5 universities i can shortlist for score reporting on test day.

North Carolina State University - Raleigh
    Washington University in St Louis
Texas A&M University - College Station
    Arizona State University - Tempe
    Stony Brook University - SUNY
George Mason University - Fairfax, VA
    University at Buffalo - SUNY
University of Central Florida - Orlando
    Kansas State University - Manhattan
    University of Kansas - Lawrence
    Washington State University - Pullman
    University of Texas - Arlington
    University of Oklahoma - Norman
    University of Cincinnati

Suggestions about any other colleges are also welcome
Please anyone help me.. Thanks in advance

    Regards,
    Shreyas

I think it is better to wait for you scores; they can vary quite a bit from your expectation.
