Post Intended major "undecided" while taking gre appointment

Hi, I am a final year student of CSE and I am applying for spring 2013. I am planning to take gre and toefl in the month of October and I want to apply for master's programs in both CS as well as MIS.
I want to keep my options open for both the programs but as I can choose only one of the two, I want to ask if there's any problem if I go with an "undecided" in my intended major selection. If yes, what are the adverse?
    Suggestions would be highly appreciated.

It is not a problem at all. Apply to appropriate departments and send them the scores. The "intended major" field is for ETS's internal use; universities are not going to look into it.
