@ rishikesh : ur GRE and acads are very poor ... + u dont have any papers, projects or publications ... so u have the least chance of getting an admit in any medium grade university ... forget about the top ones ... but there are are some lower grade universities which accept these ... but I personally think thats waste of time and money. u should retake ur GRE and try for atleast 300+. Since u cannot increase ur semester marks u can compensate them by gaining 2 years work experience ... plus try publishing few papers and do some good projects ... u still have time ... try increasing ur marks in the next 2 sems so that ur overall score is around 65%. And then go for US universities ... u will have a fair chance of getting an admit in the medium grade universities... rest is upto u ... and plz mention ur stream so that i can give u more info.

@subhashrah : ur profile is quiet good ... u have less chance of getting admitted to ASU and NCSU. UTD - Dallas is dream but still u can take chances, who knows ? rest are ok. see the profiles and u will have a better idea.

@subhashrah : look I have a friend who has 10 international publications, he was departmental topper from Jadavpur university who got admitted to twin cities... also I know people who has 2 -3 publications and was not the best student who cracked good universities ... if u can get hold 2 more publications , 1 or 2 good projects and most importantly exceptional LORs and SOP, then u stand good chances ... but let me tell u that in these cases luck factor comes into play... so u have to take chances... I also know people who have cracked CS in CMU which is the best but got rejected in Cornell.
