when to take GRE,TOEFL to apply for spring 2013 - US Universities
When should i take GRE/TOEFL to apply for MS in US Spring 2013?. When should i apply to universities for Spring 2013? When to appear for visa interview?

I would apply for Top 30 universities
So if I send my application by end of July
Would I be late for scholarship?
As I heard early application gives better chance for scholarship....
So, any idea...by when should I apply for Top 30 univ to have better chance of getting a scholarship ?

is it late to give exam in may/june 2012
my friend gave exam in oct 2011 and has applied for spring 2013 and winter 2013
