please evaluate my profile and suggest the universities for MIS in Spring 2013.

B.Tech: 83%
10+2: 90%
GRE: 301 (141V + 160Q)
TOEFL: 88 (21R + 22L + 24S + 21W)
Work Exp: 5Yrs in a software MNC

*I am not planning to retake the exams as I am running behind the schedule for Spring applications.
