I am doing my BE EEE final year...
BE CGPA- 8.5/10
GRE- 304 (Quant:161, Verbal:143, AWA:3)
TOEFL yet to write
12th percent- 92%
10th percent- 92%
I have presented a paper in a national level symposium.
I hav short listed some universities:
University of Texas – Dallas
Ohio University –Athens
University of Oklahoma
University of Buffalo
Pennsylvania State University,University Park
Univ Of California-San Diego
Johns Hopkins University
Northern Illinois University
University of South Carolina
University of Colorado –Boulder
Plz help me to select the decent universities for EE power system or energy oriented MS....

in the above Penn state is totally out of reach..UCSD too is very very difficult....the others are all gettable. .John hopkins is a little tough.
instead of oklahoma, buffalo, north illi and south car, try UIC, Iowa state, U delaware, U missouri, U Pittsburgh, UNCC, Northeatern, RIT etc
