    Question profile evaluation for EE for fall 2013

    Hi I am planning to apply for fall 2013 session for Phd. EE.
    I have done my B.E. with B+ in Undergrad.I had some Backlogs during my Undergrad.
    Currently I have 7 years work ex in telecom industry.
    I will be giving my GRE in Oct.
    What Uni should I aim for?

    let ur gre also come out...and B=+ translates to wat? can u give a cgpa or percentage also if possible?

    7 + exp in electrical engineering
    GRE 311 (154 V + 157 Q)
    What universities should i apply for M.S. electrical engineering
