I have few doubts regarding my H1 interview.
I had applied H1 thought my present company and got the approval. I had filled ds-160 form in the month of october and I was waiting for the offer letter from us office to schedule the interview. Now I received the offer letter, but in the ds-160 i had filled the intended time of travel is nov-2014. But the new offer letter says its from march-2015. Should I have to fill new ds-160 or is it ok to continue with the old ds-160 application.
I had applied for f1 visa in dec 2015 but i got rejected 2 times and now i want to go for h1b is it possible to attend h1b or is there any problem
Hi... I have a question.. I just got my H1B approved and I am travelling to India for my marriage in October... I only have 2 weeks during my stay, and unfortunately Visa interview isn't available in my hometown city... So I have to take my visa interview in Mumbai instead of Chennai... I only have 7 calendar days in between my visa interview and my travel date back to USA... Do you think it should be enough for me to get my passport ready in time? Please advice on the procedure
