Better to prepare simultaneouly for both tests as it will save time and command over vocabulary will stay good while prpearing for GRE.

You can start researching on US Universities offering your MS in your major from now onwards. And u can short list univs after the Exam.

First and foremost, u must write GRE and TOEFL. And then come university selection and application. You can read various threads in this forum for information on this. For any specific info, you can ask ques in the specific section.
