    Got admit from mississippi state univesity for masters in electrical engineering

    Electrical engineering at Bagley college of engineering at misissippi state university for fall 2012

    Gre 299(q-157,v-142)

    Academics 76% electronics and communication no backlogs

    IELTS 7 BANDS (L=7,W=7,S=6.G,R=7.5)

    hii yashwant...my gre score 294(q-155, v139,awa-3) my ielts -6 do i have the chance of getting admission in mississippi state university . my btech 71%(eee)

    rohit i cant tell you exactly bro though you can apply with a better ielts or toefl score coz you have fair chances gre and acads are good but ielts seem to pull you back and let me tell you that a guy with gre 1160,acads 75,toefl 95 got rejected for fall-2012 who applied wid me so you never know

    i hav a gre score of 292 i.e, 990 in old pattern ........ accads:57.85 upto 3-2 with overall 5 backlogs and only one is active........do i have chance in ur university ................ mu ielts result is on 27th jan

    dude i too got reply from MSU stated that i might join the college for fall 2012.
    my gre score is 310(Q:168,V:142) and i'm 6.5 band in IELTS with 71.34% in UG.
    I,ve applied to other colleges like
    sanjoes state univ.
    university of missouri columbia
    lousiana state univ-BR
    should i wait for any of these college's reply or to stick with MSU's reply?

    missori columbia and lsu-baton rouge are good universities and sjsu is also good one but its below your profile i think it was the safest in your list so yeah its up to you wch university to go all are good ones wait for other admits also and then decide look at other aspects such as funding,parttime jobs location etc etc msu is in starkvile its a small university town but it is a very god university for ee it is consistently ranked around top 80 engg. schools of usa so its up to you.
