Which domain is ur work experience on? if its not related to ur MS course, then its no use. I have assumed tht u have related work exp. then ur chances may be -

    1.SJSU - moderate

2.SFSU - which uni is this?

    3.UTA(Arlington) - moderate

4.UTD - may be tough. ppl with good profile apply here for the cost factor

    5.CSU,FULLERTON - gettable

    6.CSU,SACREMENTO - ditto

7.MNSU,MANKATO - which uni is this?

suppose ur work exp is not related to ur course, then ur chances will reduce little all over in the above list

It appears from your list of universities that you want to be in California. If this is not a consideration, I recommend you expand your list of universities. California is an expensive state to live in and often receives a large number of international student applications. Given the economy, the budgets are pretty tight and hence scholarships may be difficult in CA. If I were you, I would broaden my search. Finally, Mankato is an extremely cold place. If you like long winters, this is your university!
    Best wishes to you!
