Btw, I would be applying for Energy and Power Systems at Univ of Colorado, does it increase my chances since there might not be many applicants in for that course ?

cincinatti is gettable....and yes it may increase chacnes. but thing is, for less prefered courses, the admits too would be lesser

but on the whole, it would surely give u an advantage!

Gettable might not be safe.. I want some safe universities.. I m just not able to decide since many of the universities have stopped their spring intake from this year.

How about CSU - Long Beach ?

There is never a sureshot safe option :-) the above 4 are quite within ur reach with strong chances....else u can try slightly lesser univs like ut Arlington, u Missouri, etc...
