F1 visa with backlogs of count 20 because of repeated course backlogs

    Hi,

I am planning to attend visa interview this month in hyd , I have a good financial support with loan, cash in bank and property my toefl is 85 and gre 1100 with 61% but my main concern is my backlogs, I have many backlogs in my first 2 yrs of engineering on repetitive courses due to personal reasons but at the end gained my % so how can I answer just in case if VO asks me about repetitive backlogs not just saying about final 2 yrs good % but also giving a valid reason?
and also would VO know how many and what unvs I have applied till now ?

    thanks in advance!

if you have more than 1 backlog in 1 semester, can treat it as one because the only way the visa officer will able to find out is by looking at my marksheets date of issue and it tell him nothing about the number of backlogs i had!!
