Hello everyone. I am planning to pursue my MS in MIS in fall 2013. I would be grateful to anyone who can give me suggestion about what universities can be safe for my profile and if there is scope for improvement as i have another 6 months before i can apply. My Profile is as follows

GRE - 325 (Quant 166, verbal- 159)
toefl-112
Percentage - 59.4
topper's percentage - 74
GPA = 3.2
10th - 89%
12th -89%

2 IEEE papers in virtualisation and wireless networking

Though i dont have much idea about the best universities for MIS i am planning to apply to the following

1. CMU
2. TAMU
3. UIUC

please suggest me other universities which are good and can be applied to.
