    4) north eastern university - safe

    5) university of toledo - not sure

6)university of nebraska lincoln - not sure

Try unis like Iowa state, ufl, u Penn, u Delaware, uc Irvine/riverside, Rutgers etc....the unis u chose are good. Are a quite safe...if u'd like u can try a mix of unis I told as well. They may be a little tough, but u could stand a chance...

u Iowa is moderate for u. But do try!

Funding is a little tough off late....few unis to give them at time of admission, but mostly u can get some sorta aid once u reach....network well, run around here and there, and u'll get it.

Which one would be better ASU or IOWA state univ?? Actually i am looking for minimum funding opportunities atleast from 2nd semester..heard that ASU does not provide any funding or assistanships..Does Iowa univ provides any funding??? And is IOWA state univ gettable for my profile?

also how would Northeastern univ be for electrical..

yes in ASU the funding is tight....IOWA is within reach for u, and may provide aid....the thing is, its abt how u canrun around there and get ur aid ....northeastern is pretty decent. But ppl with lower profile than urs get through there...of course u will have fancy neighbours :- Harvard, Cambridge, Yale, Boston, MIT :-D
check out http://www.msinus.com/electrical-enginering/1235.htm for info on univ shortlisting process
