    Hey,

When do u want to go for MS??
    Under communications,
Best courses are: Signal processing and communications, Telecommunication, Wireless, Photonics engineering, Multimedia Networking
Colleges are: UCLA, UCSB, UCSD, UCincinnati, U Pitts, RIT, ASU, USC, UWM, UFL, etc... depending on subject..
Job are not so great in the US rite now for international students... But being among the top scorers will help..

First start ur prep for GRE and TOEFL. Alongside start researching ur universities. Go to their website and see their criteria for admission.. see the post in my signature for more info..

    Best of Luck..

u could also look intpo antenna disigning, encryption circuits, optics and optic fibre manufacturing etc....jobs aren great like sanketh said, But as u are in 3rd year, in 3 yrs (when u pass out), the scenario should improve......overall world currency is going down, eventually they will strengthen the USD to bring about the fiscal balance as ur trade depends on that...and well, that means more openings. Especially considering tht Both MITT ROMNEY as well as OBAMA, whoever gets elected will try to legalize immigration and well this will help later on (evenm if its a problem now)
check out http://www.msinus.com/electrical-enginering/1235.htm for info on univ shortlisting process

I'm headed to Canada for coming September :-) looking at optics/photonics....sanketh is in 3rd year. Electronics and communication.

Well there is no specialization per se...but u can look into the website of the unis. Look at electrical department...then see where they have active research on.
