Universities for MS in CS in Machine Learning or Computer Vision

Hi

I would like to pursue MS in Computer Science preferably under Computer Vision or Machine Learning. Can you help me in giving a list of rank based universities that have a good research, prof for the same. My profile is:

GRE : 1210 (older version of GRE)
TOEFL: 99 Do I have to re-take the test?
B.Tech in IT(Anna Univ), CGPA = 9.25 on a scale of 10
12th = 96%
10th = 94%

Other priorities: Looking for universities at affordable locations, Funding/ Research scholarships.
Also can you tell me if this field of specialization growing with job opportunities?

Thanks ajay. How about UTA? Will it be too ambitious to apply for UTA? Any suggestions? How about the TA or RA offers at UTA?

UTA would be a moderate university for your profile you can expect an admit from them however TA/RA/GA chances depend on when you apply and your profile as many universities don't offer GA for first sem you might get a TA if you apply early.

Gre: 169(Math), 157(English), 4(Essay).
Toefl: Yet to give

Please suggest some profile universities for machine learning.

Also will attending free online courses help to get a better university? I had completed a machine learning course, ml-class.org(which now evolved to coursera.org).
