you wont be denied a visa provided you have good academics . if you have a percentage lesser than 60% with backlogs then your chances are less(not impossible though ) .

my verbal score was 330 and i was denied mentioning that I fall under the bottom quartile , well I had loads of back logs and a bad percentage too so couldn't argue with that .
