    for msee in vlsi , which would be better .. california state university northridge , california state university fullerton , california state university long beach or ut arlington , ut sanantonio , TAMU kingsville , TEXAS TECH university ....

    and is csu a reputed institution , what are success rates of visa with csu as admits along with the TAMU kingsville , TEXAS TECH , ut arlington , ut sanantonio ...

    visa chances are ok for all the above...as for colleges, well CSU has decent reputation but the thing is tht the state of california is in a real crunch now...jobs "may" not be easy later on...texas tech tends to be low ranked, but its been around for quite a while..u could look into it too.....but UT Arlington is the highest seeded among ur list...its a hot favouriite among indians and is quite a decent uni.
