I need details about their scope and the best colleges for each course .It will be helpful if the colleges are categorized as A+,A,etc.

another word of advice, an MS is easy only if u love wat u plan to do...unlike our anna uni system of education, there we cant buckle up last minute...i suggest u look into the MS by research option at anna univ too.

Anyway for an ece student u also have optics, photonics, nano electronics, antenna design, THz study, microwave design, Microwave theoritical circuitry, analog vlsi, digital vlsi, as well as CS related courses such as CA, CO, n/w, CAD, etc....just log onto the uni websites and see wat research they are doing
