    applying for spring 2013- plz give me suggestions

    GRE
    verbal -134
    quants-151
    IELTS -6
    Acads : B.E (electronics & telecommunication) with 48% ( affiliated college to sardar patel university,anand,gujarat) 4 backlogs , cleared all in first attempt.
    Is there any chance to apply for spring-2013 intake .If so , suggest me some good universitys for spring intake please

    My personal choice:
    northeastern university-boston
    new jersey institute of technology
    cleveland state university-for cs
    kent state university-for cs
