The reason for universities being ambitious is that they are top ranking universities and they receive plenty of outstanding applications every week so they might face some applications that are better than yours but don't loose your heart as chances are good. If you can afford apply to all ambitious & moderate universities and wait for an admit from them

Can you also if possible provide me with a list of safe universities where i could expect a good amount of scholarship. Finances are going to be a challenge for me. If you could help me , please provide me a list of good universities where i could expect to good amount receive waivers or scholarships. Thanking you in anticipation.
