Thread: financial documents for Georgia Tech Spring 2013

Just wanted some clarity on financial support docs for Gatech. I'll get a letter from my maternal grandfather as a sponsor. What should be specifically indicated in the sponsor letter ? Also apart from ready cash in bank accounts, do fixed deposits hold any good ? Can i show a combination of personal funds and of funds from the person who sponsors me?

u can show funds from more than one person...LEtter should say that - 'I am sponsoring my Granddaughter/son for Education at your University'. Don't show FDs as liquid funds for university.
Get bank statement for the amount.
