My GRE is 1310(V-590, Q-720,AWA-2.5) and IELTS -6.5 (l-6.5,R-5.5, W-6.5, S-7) with ACADEMICS-70% in Electrical Engineering.
I would Prefer to take VLSI (Electrical)..

i am interested in doing my masters in Nano-electronics .. The US univ donot have a course especially named nanotechnology/nanoelectronics ..
how should i apply in it then ?
should i apply in electronics/VLSI and then choose a subject as nanotech ? or what ?
i know its a stupid question but its bugging me since i thinking to apply for MS in US !

Actually, I'm not sure actually sure. U could ask maximus199...or another idea is, visit the websites of the electrical departments. See the course curriculum....if not, u can just email lotta professors and ask them how to proceed. They-d gladly oblige!
I was thinking about nano electronics too once. A prof told me that I could look at microelectronics and take up nano as one subject...
